Park and Projects

Taking a break and having a snack
Mom and Dad

Emeline and Tristan walking the trail

Evelyn chillin' while brother and sister play on the playground.

The end of a smile, I almost caught it on camera. Maybe next time!

Dad's completed project.

Doesn't it look great!

Yesterday we all went to Shelby Bottoms Park and had a picnic lunch at the Weiner Stand in East Nashville and dad finished a project he has been working on in the back yard. It was a beautiful day and we headed to the park before it got too hot. The kids had a blast! Tristan got to see a train go over the Cumberland River via a train bridge, that made his whole day. Then we walked 1.25 miles on the trails and then took the kiddos over to the play ground. They were exhausted and hungry so we headed to the Weiner stand for a nice picnic lunch. When we got home dad began working tirelessly on his backyard project and was able to finish it before the kids woke from their naps. Pawpaw came over and brought a swing he donated to the project and before dinner the swing was hung and the project complete! Here are some pictures from our day.
