As of Tuesday our house is officially on the market!!! We are praying for a quick sale and trust that God has the perfect timing in mind. We decided to go with the Deselms team with is one of Dave Ramsey's ELPs (Endorsed Local Providers). We interviewed one other realtor, but felt most comfortable with Tim from the Deselms team. He came out within 24 hours of being hired to take pictures and sign paperwork. By that afternoon we were on the MLS.
